John Stover is a Realtor® at Kable Team Realty. John is a consummate real estate professional whose level of detail, commitment to efficiency, and client-first mentality ensures ease and smoothness in every transaction. From beginning to end and even after the transaction has closed, John is there for his clients, often forming lasting relationships that turn into friendships. Seeing it as his responsibility to get the best price and terms, he strives to provide nothing short of five-star service.
When he was just a young boy, John’s family moved from Montgomery County, Maryland to the Eastern Panhandle, where he has continued to reside ever since. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor®, it was during a personal real estate transaction that John’s agent suggested to him that he would be a great fit in real estate, which has turned out to be an excellent recommendation. Having received his real estate license in 2001, John has been assisting Eastern Panhandle home buyers and sellers for decades.
With a wealth experience under his belt and an in-depth knowledge of the community, John has established himself as both a trusted agent and community resource. He deeply enjoys sharing his love for and knowledge of the area with his clients. One of his favorite spots is downtown Charles Town because of the selection of restaurants and pubs. For water-oriented activities, hiking trails and views, he loves Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, just a few miles in the opposite direction.
When John is not perusing the real estate market to find the best home, he enjoys a well-balanced lifestyle that combines work, family and recreation. Although his two daughters are now grown, John still enjoys supporting the local school’s soccer team by volunteering his time and videography skills. Additionally, John’s favorite hobby is cars: both working on and driving them. He has a particular penchant for BMWs, and shares that he’s owned four. John and his wife have two cats, Simon and Sneakers, who have made his time whenever working from home quite entertaining.
